Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the maintenance team at the metro food production facility
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets
Ensure adherence to safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems commonly used in food manufacturing
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects
Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret repair manuals and technical procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing relationships with external contractors and service providers
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
