Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This remote position allows you to assist clients in preparing their taxes, leveraging your expertise in tax laws and customer service to empower users during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
