Key Responsibilities
Identifies and engages with potential candidates through various channels.
Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies.
Attends job fairs and events to promote employer brand and recruit candidates.
Reviews applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conducts interviews and assesses candidate qualifications.
Forms close relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Makes job offers and ensures a smooth onboarding process.
Maintains accurate records of candidates and hiring activities.
Adheres to relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment.
Monitors industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing candidates or related experience.
Extensive experience with candidate sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and technically savvy.
Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting certification(s) a plus.
