RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 3x12-hour shifts covering both day and night schedules
• Function as both triage and primary care RN in emergency department setting
• Care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Work with low nurse to patient ratios and no low census call offs
• Perform broad range of general nursing duties with high level of autonomy
• Start EKGs, IVs, draw patient labs, and provide comfort measures
• Mix and determine proper administration rates for patient medications
• Must have current Utah RN license (or compact state) and be graduate of accredited nursing school
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in med/surg and/or emergency department required
• Required certifications: BLS (current), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or ability to obtain)
• Blue scrubs preferred
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Level 4 Trauma center experience
• Work week defined as Sunday 12:01 AM through Saturday 11:59 PM
• Recognized holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
