Citizens is seeking a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager for the New England region to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Associates. This role involves managing loan service processes, ensuring high standards, and fostering team relationships while driving growth initiatives in the mortgage segment.
Key Responsibilities
Establish internal policies and procedures for loan relationship management
Direct, motivate, and evaluate loan service team members
Supervise the New England team and identify training and recruiting needs
Monitor loan servicing lifecycle activities
Manage relationships with vendors and IT regarding loan servicing software
Communicate with management and stakeholders about pipeline status and results
Develop team relationships between Sales and Operations Teams
Ensure clear communication throughout the loan process
Maintain knowledge of Citizens products and industry standards
Evaluate employee performance and recommend actions
Forecast to meet monthly closing goals
Maintain superior customer service levels
Required Qualifications
10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive market experience for the New England region
Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with 10+ business lines
Understanding of corporate and division performance standards and fiscal goals
Compliance with Mortgage Loan Originators requirements of the SAFE Act
