Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows
Oversee care provided by clinical support staff
Initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels of clinical staff
Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures
Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire for locations in Washington
3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
