Key Responsibilities
Transportation and support out in the community for outings/field trips, medical appointments, and shopping
Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation, household cleaning, and medication administration
Provide guidance on developmental goals like community participation, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Support living skills such as personal hygiene and grooming
Work with individuals with developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Successful clearance of background checks
Reliable and responsible attitude
