Key Responsibilities
Assist and support end-users with technical issues related to Navy software systems
Apply troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to identify technical problems
Document requests and incidents according to business processes
Provide case status updates to management and end-users
Maintain a high level of courteous customer service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of related technical experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET government clearance
Ability to obtain ITIL Foundations v 4 or HDI-SCA certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work on-site as required
Louisiana residency within commuting distance of Bossier City
Demonstrated root-cause analysis skills
US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Navy Applications or Service Desks such as Navy 311, LOG IT, NIS, NCORS, NEST/RAPT, or NAVSUP BSC
Active SECRET clearance
ITIL Foundations v 4 or HDI-SCA certification
