Job Description
Join Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where you'll provide essential nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. With full-time openings across shifts, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our aging population.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs)
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
Valid state license (LPN)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill
Strong clinical skills including medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
