Job Description

Join our growing wellness facility as a Physical Therapist, where you'll evaluate and implement treatment programs to restore function and improve mobility for patients. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention strategies
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience
Degree from an approved school of physical therapy
Current Texas licensure by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

Preferred Qualifications

Manual therapy training or advanced certification
Verbal ability to facilitate communication with professional medical staff, clients, their families, and the public
Curiosity and desire to analyze and solve client rehabilitation needs
