Key Responsibilities
Design and develop transmitters, receivers, or exciters
Optimize RF circuits and components
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Schematic capture and RF routing
Provide technical support during production transition
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 8 years of prior work experience or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years
Experience with Microwave/RF system design and analysis
Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in design from concept through production
Experience translating system performance into hardware requirements
Background in designing for manufacturability and cost constraints
Problem-solving skills with ability to identify alternate solutions
Experience in technical writing and presentations
Technical background in areas such as cascade analysis, filter design, circuit card assembly, high-speed data converter test
