Job Description
As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and closing residential sales opportunities through customer engagement and education. Join a team that values employee growth and provides comprehensive training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Present residential HVAC and water heater products to customers
Enhance customer experience through a consultative sales approach
Build relationships with prospective customers and generate sales
Collaborate with technical team members for customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
Required Qualifications
High school degree or GED
Prior sales experience, preferably direct selling to consumers
Strong selling and business-development skills
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to high-quality customer-focused service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to meet physical demands of the job

Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications
