As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee quality patient care by managing direct and indirect activities during your shift. Key Responsibilities
Promote and maintain quality patient care
Manage and coordinate direct and indirect care activities
Evaluate staffing needs and provide support to caregivers

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in such a program
Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut
At least three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
