Job Description
Join DISH as a Call Center Sales Agent where you'll engage with customers through inbound calls, selling the value of EchoStar's products. With full-time training provided and the potential for career growth, this role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals
Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Ability to work full-time on-site
Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
