Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
  • Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
  • Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
  • Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
  • Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms
  • Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Provisional license if required by state regulation
  • Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
