Job Description

Join CHRISTUS Health at our RN Hiring Event on May 22nd from 4 PM to 7 PM. This is a great opportunity to meet our CNO and explore rewarding career options in a supportive, inclusive environment. We are looking for dedicated RNs to join our team at the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
Be precepted by a designated trained staff member
Complete annual competency verification requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
BLS certification required
RN License in state of employment or compact

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
1 year of experience in Critical Care setting preferred but will accept new graduates
