Job Description

Join Hope Network as a Speech Language Pathologist and make a difference by helping individuals overcome communication challenges. You will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services, lead skill development, and work closely with a dedicated team to support children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic services for autism evaluations
  • Provide speech and language therapy services
  • Lead and consult for skill development at the Center for Autism
  • Assess and coordinate augmentative/assistive communication technology
  • Maintain accurate clinical and billing records
  • Participate in quality assurance and program evaluation
  • Assist in supervision of speech/language pathology students

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech/language pathology or is a CFY candidate
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Knowledge of common child/adolescent language, speech, and communication disorders
  • Knowledge of oral motor/feeding disorders and treatment protocols
  • Two to five years’ experience with emphasis on children and adolescents
  • Prior clinical experience with individuals with developmental disability or diagnosis of Autism Disorder
