Join Spectrum as an Account Executive to drive sales and enhance customer experiences through strategic partnerships. You'll manage relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide account management including audits, field visits, training, and business reviews
Conduct regular meetings and training with assigned partners
Maintain knowledge of current products, services, promotions, and offerings
Work with Operations, Strategy, and divisional teams for alignment
Coordinate and assist with special events and sales execution
Conduct side-by-side selling of Spectrum services
Prospect new business for quality partners
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Sales presentation skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Organized and demonstrated initiative
Practical written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Comfort utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Valid and active State driver’s license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience
