Key Responsibilities
Oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift
Set shift goals and assign tasks to team members
Ensure processes are properly followed and respond to guests' needs
Create a culture of high-performance and train team members
Mentor and coach team members, communicating performance concerns
Maintain operational standards and compliance with guidelines
Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
Manage food production and quality
Collaborate with management to develop goals and report progress
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
