Job Description

Join Johnson Controls as a Commercial Development Program Manager and lead the ACE program to cultivate top sales talent. You will coordinate training initiatives, collaborate with business units, and ensure a best-in-class experience for participants, thereby driving growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ACE program participants and guide their development
  • Recruit and market the ACE program to attract diverse talent
  • Collaborate with commercial sales leaders to align ACE objectives with sales goals
  • Onboard program participants and define work processes and expectations
  • Schedule coaching sessions for participants
  • Develop training schedules for products and systems
  • Review customer interactions and track performance
  • Ensure participants are trained in Sales Management Disciplines
  • Attend key customer meetings to understand their needs
  • Identify organizational needs and implement program improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or program management, or related field
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports, training, and mentoring
  • Knowledge of Salesforce case management and reporting
  • Effective communication across organizational levels
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience with fire suppression, fire detection, controls, building automation systems, and commercial security products
  • Sales experience in a similar industry
