Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a dynamic Associate Director level Healthcare Provider Client Relationship Manager to drive business expansion and client satisfaction across key accounts in the central United States. This role emphasizes leadership in account management, business development, and fostering strong client relationships to enhance overall service delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance business development and sales responsibilities
  • Drive profitable growth of client relationships
  • Understand and meet customer business needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships
  • Collaborate with Cognizant teams to execute business plans
  • Manage account operations including forecasting and budgeting
  • Focus on increasing Cognizant's visibility in the account and industry

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in a client-facing or account leadership role in IT or consulting
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare technology landscape and trends
  • Proven track record in managing sales and existing business portfolios
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence
  • MBA or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience and credibility in the US Healthcare Provider domain
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience leading and closing large managed services deals
