Perform FAI/CVI inspections on all fleet vehicles. Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections. Perform quality maintenance repairs to maximize safety and reliability. Address all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely. Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs. Follow procedures including documenting all work performed. Learn and develop efficiency in Sysco computer programs. Proficient in electrical meter testing. Complete electrical repairs and welding projects as needed. High school diploma or GED Current and valid driver's license Medium / Heavy duty truck technical training 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair or 2-year school and 1 year of experience ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks (preferred not required) 609 HVAC Certification Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software for OEMs and component manufacturers Annual boot & tool allowances Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing job skills and leadership development training Career growth opportunities Comprehensive healthcare benefits
