Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Expert and help clients navigate the complexities of taxation from the comfort of your home. With a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active credential, you'll provide valuable tax advice and preparation services using TurboTax products, all while enjoying flexible work hours and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
