Job Description
As the Occupational Health Manager, you will lead the Complex Occupational Health Department, providing essential care and support to team members while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your role will involve overseeing health assessments, coordinating workers' compensation, and fostering a culture of safety and wellness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an efficient occupational health nursing process
Provide compassionate care to team members
Utilize cost containment measures
Coordinate workers' compensation management
Adhere to state and federal regulations
Conduct health assessments and evaluations
Schedule and perform health assessments for team members
Assist with emergency transportation
Maintain accurate recordkeeping according to OSHA regulations
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active current license
Graduate of a nursing school accredited by the State Board of Nurse Examiners
3-5 years of practice experience following graduation from nursing program
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in emergency department or occupational health
