Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to engage students
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator/Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Experience as a Behavioral Technician or PCA
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
