Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global strategy and life cycle management for the multiple myeloma portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial
  • Drive commercial strategy execution across key markets
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships including key opinion leaders
  • Lead talent development within the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or business
  • 15 years of experience in commercial operations (Sales, Marketing, Sales Analytics, Product/Project management, consulting)
  • Deep expertise within Oncology
  • US specific experience
  • Current or recent launch experience within specialty care
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Strong project management expertise

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience within Hematology and Multiple Myeloma
  • Global experience
  • Experience interacting with HCPs
  • Strong demonstrated network with industry Key-Opinion-Leaders (KOLs) and sales leaders
