Key Responsibilities
Provide spiritual care support and guidance to patients and families
Develop, implement, and supervise the spiritual needs of patients
Work with care team to ensure dignity and compassion in care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting
Ability to provide family counseling regarding loss, grief, death and dying
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services
