Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practices
Follow the organization's policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in Licensed Practical Nurse certification
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
IV Certification or willingness to obtain within six months
Current CPR/AED Certification or willingness to obtain within six months
Ability to assess basic nursing care needs of geriatric residents
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Long-term care/Rehab/Assisted Living experience
