STAFF: 3 PT / 1 OT
EMR: Epic
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 8 patients/day.
SCHEDULE: 5 – 8’s
ADDITIONAL INFO: fun, general out pt clinic.
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: 18 miles north of Salem. Welcoming small-town atmosphere. Home of the Woodburn Premium Outlets, close to Silver Falls State Park.
