Key Responsibilities
Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
Direct client care including care coordination, screenings, assessments, therapy, and case management
Serve as a clinical resource to staff and providers
Collaborate in planning, developing, and evaluating clinical services
Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments
Provide crisis intervention and support
Maintain clinical documentation and superior customer service
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field
Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders
Facilitation of an SUD IOP level of care
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC)
Bilingual/bi-cultural
