Key Responsibilities
Receive service calls and ascertain equipment/system problems
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for various applications
Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals for diagnosis
Read and interpret blueprints and operational product manuals
Demonstrate a high level of customer service and strong organizational skills
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions
Preferred Qualifications
NICET Level II certification is a plus
Backflow certification is a plus
