Key Responsibilities
Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800
Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving and maintenance
Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding
Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities related to sterile compounding
Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly
Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Kansas
1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems
