Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Consider individual patients' special physical or age-related needs
Achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional levels and potential
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
