LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Anaheim, California.
Position Title: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Location: 200 W Center St, Ste 200C, Anaheim, CA 92805
Territory: Orange County & Surrounding Areas
(Anaheim Hills, Orange, Villa Park, Yorba Linda)
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Days (08:00 – 16:30)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Ratios: 1:1 patient care (up to 6 visits/day; 30 productivity points standard)

Position Summary:
This position provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Orange County and nearby communities. The RN will independently manage a caseload, assess patient needs, and implement individualized care plans. Strong clinical assessment skills, time management, and autonomy are essential for success in this role.
