Job Description & Requirements

Duties:

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
• Demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Cardiac Telemetry Care experience.
• Working with diverse patient population including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and any other patient needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.

Required Education:

• Associate’s degree in nursing.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state RN license.
• BLS – AHA Required
• ACLS – AHA Required

Notes:

• 12 hour nights Shift.
• Float as needed
• Every other weekend
