Key Responsibilities
Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using various assessments
Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals and objectives
Creating individualized behavior intervention plans and monitoring their implementation
Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate
Capturing and contriving opportunities to teach staff and learners
Participating in meetings and trainings
Supporting initial training and ongoing training for behavior technicians
Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews and training
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis
BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours
At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
