Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using various assessments
  • Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals and objectives
  • Creating individualized behavior intervention plans and monitoring their implementation
  • Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate
  • Capturing and contriving opportunities to teach staff and learners
  • Participating in meetings and trainings
  • Supporting initial training and ongoing training for behavior technicians
  • Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews and training

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours
  • At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
