Job Description:
The SLPA will support our Speech/Language Pathologists in treatment of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders Assess speech and language abilities and progress toward therapy goals Implement therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve speech and communication skills Develop and implement individualized treatment plans This is a 10-month (school year) position which follows Massachusetts schools' vacations and holidays
Job Requirements:
We are looking for positive, energetic, and flexible applicants who can complement Lighthouse’s remarkable culture and strong Allied Services team Patience, strong communication skills, and a good sense of humor are highly recommended to be successful in this role Associates degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program Current and valid state licensure/certification in Massachusetts is required
