• RADIUS RULE: Must be outside of 50 miles from Portage, WI - expires 9/26
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 38 with flex to 40 hours per week
• Shift requirement: 8 hr variables days, Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times
• Weekend rotation is every 3rd- 4th weekend currently. The range is every 4-6. holiday rotation
• Floating Requirements: at times, when there is a low patient census, possibility of floating to other territories to assist when needed
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
