Key Responsibilities
Manage and support total joint replacement patients throughout their care journey
Lead performance improvement initiatives to achieve quality and cost benchmarks
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes
Navigate TJR patients through all phases of the care pathway
Ensure adherence to best practice standards and alternative payment models
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited RN program
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
2 years recent clinical experience in acute and ambulatory care orthopedics settings
Professional Orthopedic specialty certification (or equivalent) required within 2 years of hire date
Preferred Qualifications
Case management experience
Proven working relationship with physicians and clinic personnel
Proven leadership and change initiative experience
Experience in education program development and presentation
Current knowledge of alternative payment models
