Job Description

Join H&R Block as an Associate Block Advisors Office Manager where you will lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve office growth objectives. This role involves managing operations, staffing, and community involvement across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for assigned Office(s)
  • Partner with the BA Transformation Manager to implement office-level integration and growth plans
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
  • Build team environment through training and coaching associates
  • Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information
  • Create associate work schedules and manage timekeeping
  • Travel between 2-3 offices as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years minimum related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry
