Join H&R Block as an Associate Block Advisors Office Manager where you will lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve office growth objectives. This role involves managing operations, staffing, and community involvement across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for assigned Office(s)
Partner with the BA Transformation Manager to implement office-level integration and growth plans
Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
Build team environment through training and coaching associates
Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information
Create associate work schedules and manage timekeeping
Travel between 2-3 offices as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5 years minimum related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry
