Job Description
Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, providing essential clinical assessments and patient treatment plans in a mobile practice setting. This full-time position allows you to make a significant impact on patient care in long-term facilities while working closely with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments
Function independently to perform appropriate history and physical for patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with the provision of care in accordance with regulations
Monitor effectiveness of interventions
Maintain relationships with contacts in facilities
Educate family members and clients about services
Assist with development and maintenance of physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support through American Heart Association
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association
