Shift & Pay Details ~1st shift: 2nd shift: 3rd shift: 10 PM - 5 AM ~$17 - $25 per hour (depending on experience) Able to handle mechanical tooling including drills, taps, pullers, bearing heaters, and presses ~ Experience operating a 25-ton overhead crane, forklift truck, hand truck, and hand tools ~ Perform setup, disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of paper machine rolls across various sizes. Ensure adherence to quality standards during repair procedures, prioritizing efficiency and safety. Demonstrate proficiency in repair practices, with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical assemblies and diverse roll types. Apply knowledge of equipment usage within paper machine manufacturing operations and associated machinery. Execute tasks involving the lifting and movement of heavy loads using overhead cranes. Apply expertise in setups and protocols pertinent to large equipment maintenance.
