Location: Frisco, CO 80443
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Wednesday with call)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech) to join the Operating Room team for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of OR scrub experience , be certified via NBSTSA, and must hold a current BLS certification. This role involves assisting surgeons and OR staff in a fast-paced acute care setting, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly set up.
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, anticipating needs, and maintaining sterile techniques.
• Scrub into a variety of surgical cases including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, trauma, total joints, ENT, podiatry, urology, and robotics.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety, efficiency, and high-quality care.

• Follow all hospital policies, sterile procedures, and safety protocols.

   

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – NBSTSA
• BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR scrub experience
• Valid driver’s license required (facility requires DL submission)
• Must be within a 60-mile radius requirement
• Must be available for in-state orientation week
