Job Description
Join USAA as a Customer Service Advisor, where you'll provide outstanding support to business owners in an inbound sales environment. With extensive training and a focus on member satisfaction, you will help clients navigate insurance and risk management solutions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Determine customer needs and provide solutions using a consultative approach
Build relationships with members, nonmembers, and insurance carriers
Limit agency Errors & Omissions through proper documentation
Classify businesses and provide accurate risk management solutions
Research industry trends and improve understanding of regulatory issues
Operate advanced Agency Management Systems and CRM platforms
Calculate Insurance to Value on various property types
Ensure risks are effectively identified and controlled according to policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
2 years of insurance sales and service experience, including 1 year in a Commercial Insurance agency
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for home state or ability to obtain it
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
4 or more years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience writing new business
Experience with Agency Management Systems and/or Salesforce
Experience working in a call center environment
