Job Description:
The Clinical Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care in alignment with the Department of Nursing’s philosophy and goals.
Utilizing Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring, Relationship-Based Care, and clients professional nursing practice model, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care tailored to each patient’s physiological, developmental, and psychosocial needs.

Education and Experience:
Experience: Minimum acute care three years (3) experience required.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing.
Associate Degree or BSN accepted.
Required Certifications: CA RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS​
