Key Responsibilities
Provide quantitative analysis and consultation on work design and compensation practices
Serve as an expert resource for senior operational leaders
Assist with job design and compensation program implementation
Conduct complex analysis and develop recommendations for compensation strategies
Mentor other Compensation staff and assist with new staff orientation
Audit pay practices for compliance with wage and hour laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Seven years of progressively responsible compensation experience
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Compensation experience in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
