Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming and outgoing calls to resolve patient accounts
  • Perform insurance verification and account reviews
  • Assist patients with policy statuses and updates
  • Complete all business-related requests and correspondence
  • Research and respond to patient inquiries

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant experience
  • 0-2+ years in healthcare, insurance, business, finance or customer service
  • Bilingual Spanish required

Preferred Qualifications

  • PC skills in a Windows environment
  • 1+ year experience in Healthcare or Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
