Key Responsibilities
Take incoming and outgoing calls to resolve patient accounts
Perform insurance verification and account reviews
Assist patients with policy statuses and updates
Complete all business-related requests and correspondence
Research and respond to patient inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant experience
0-2+ years in healthcare, insurance, business, finance or customer service
Bilingual Spanish required
Preferred Qualifications
PC skills in a Windows environment
1+ year experience in Healthcare or Customer Service
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
