Job Description
As the VP, Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You'll supervise associates, manage compliance, and drive business development while fostering a supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch
Supervise branch associates and ensure efficient customer service
Implement company policies regarding banking operations
Manage compliance with policies and procedures
Develop and train team members for success
Participate in business development activities
Maintain bank facilities
Required Qualifications
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Sales management skills
Thorough knowledge of bank operations and compliance
Strong oral and written communication skills

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years banking experience
Previous supervisory experience
