Job Description
As a Senior Financial Services Representative at Enterprise Bank & Trust, you will be the face of the branch, offering exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with clients to open accounts, resolve inquiries, and foster long-term relationships while working towards individual and team goals in a supportive community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure lobby coverage for walk-in clients and incoming calls
Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients
Contact new clients for onboarding activities
Process consumer loan applications and closings
Work closely with Treasury Management Representative and Relationship Managers
Provide customer service for lobby and phone requests
Participate in training programs for skill development
Comply with department and company policies
Assist in opening and closing the branch
Cross-sell to deepen client relationships
Required Qualifications
