Job Description
As a Sales Specialist at Lowe's, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and transforming their project ideas into reality. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, becoming a product expert, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service by understanding needs and answering questions
Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors
Monitor inventory levels to support sales
Perform price reviews and maintain documentation
Train associates in the department
Complete other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
1 year of experience in sales or customer service
Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in completing customer sales orders
1 Year Experience promoting product related services
2 years of experience designing customized products
Professional certification related to the department
Bi-lingual skills
